The Deputy General Manager (Civil - Tunnel Construction Expert) will be responsible for planning, supervising, and managing all tunnel construction activities from execution to completion. The role includes monitoring construction progress, reviewing construction methodologies, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, contract requirements, quality assurance, safety regulations, and environmental norms. The incumbent will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders, review technical drawings and reports, resolve construction and geotechnical issues, monitor project schedules and budgets, identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure timely completion of works. The position also involves supervising site teams, optimizing resource utilization, maintaining project documentation, and providing technical guidance to achieve efficient and high-quality project execution.
