Role :
To solve the queries of the customer via Mail, Chat & Web Call. - No Sales process is required
To provide the best resolution to the customers. - To work with the software technical team (if required) to resolve the customer problem
Proficient in English both verbal & written Communication with Foreign clients is part of the job
Maintain a better relationship with the customers. - Strong Analytical Skills
Knowledge of Accounting is a big value add for the candidate. - You might have to work afternoon shifts.
