About the Role

 We are looking for a passionate and skilled Frontend Developer with hands-on experience in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to join our growing tech team. You will play a key role in building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities

 Develop and maintain complex, high-quality frontend solutions using React and Next.js.

 Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect interfaces using Tailwind CSS.

 Build, test, and maintain reusable component libraries and frontend architecture.

 Ensure application responsiveness across all modern browsers and devices.

 Integrate with REST APIs and work closely with backend teams to align on functionality.

 Implement performance optimization techniques for faster page load and rendering.

 Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.

 Debug issues and provide timely resolutions in staging and production environments.

 Keep up with the latest frontend trends and advocate for best practices in coding and design.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in frontend development with React and Next.js.

 Solid understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and component-driven development.

 Deep knowledge of Tailwind CSS and responsive web design techniques.

 Experience working with Git, code collaboration, and CI/CD pipelines.

 Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.

 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.

 Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)

 Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js.

 Testing experience with tools like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.

 Familiarity with CMS integration (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi, etc.).

 Experience in SEO optimization techniques for Next.js apps.

 Portfolio, GitHub contributions, or personal projects demonstrating your skills.
