Role & responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to address academic, emotional and social concerns
• Assist students in developing effective study habits and time management skills
• Guide students in setting and achieving academic and career goals
• Identify and address student's mental health issues and provide referrals to professional support when necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and school administrators to develop strategies for student success
• Help student build conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
• Conduct workshops on stress management, self-esteem and career planning
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of counselling sessions
